clients must call their insurance company prior to the first
session. A co-payment and/or pre-authorization may be required.
Medicare
clients with qualified secondary coverage may incur
no out-of-pocket fees for medically necessary psychotherapy
sessions. A physician’s referral is not required and
co-pay does not apply. Please contact me for further information.
Medicare
Advantage clients must call their insurance company
for pre-authorization and referrals to a Medicare Certified
therapist. Although I am Medicare Certified, your insurance
will not pay unless they pre-authorize services with me.
